BASCO ultra-rugged edge servers, equipped with high-performance processors (configurable per demand), support multi-channel video stream analysis and real-time processing of data from 200+ IoT terminals, including millimeter-wave radars and weather monitors. The built-in radar-vision fusion algorithm engine enables vehicle trajectory tracking in foggy conditions with visibility below 50 meters, reducing accident warning response times to 0.8 seconds.
Intelligent Toll Collection All-in-One Terminal
BASCO’s weatherproof tolling robot integrates dynamic weigh-in-motion, infrared temperature sensing, and AI-powered recognition of license plates, vehicle types, and cargo, achieving peak throughput efficiency of 12 vehicles per minute with contactless payment lanes. Featuring a 3D time-of-flight (ToF) camera resistant to glare, the system ensures container blind-spot detection in low-light environments with an error rate below 0.01%. Certified to IP69K and operational at -30°C with responsive touchscreens, the terminal is widely deployed in extreme environments such as high-altitude and permafrost regions.
