Railway transportation equipment is exposed to complex environments such as high vibration, wide temperature (-40℃~85℃), humidity and electromagnetic interference for a long time. BASCO industrial motherboards are designed with military-grade components and 100% solid-state capacitors, and are certified by EN 50155 (Standard for Railway Electronic Equipment) to ensure stable operation under severe vibration, voltage fluctuation (9-36V wide voltage input), and extreme temperatures. BASCO rail transit-specific machine has passed EN 50155/IEC 61373 seismic certification, adopts fanless and fully sealed structure, supports -40℃~70℃ wide temperature operation, and adapts to the bottom of the locomotive and other harsh installation locations. Configured with multiple Gigabit PoE+ ports, it can simultaneously access on-board cameras, sensors, and emergency broadcasting equipment to monitor train status in real time and support AI-driven fault warning. Built-in TPM 2.0 security chip ensures end-to-end encryption of train control data and passenger privacy.

Human-computer Interaction Terminal for Full Scene

BASCO industrial-grade touch panel is specially designed for driver's cabins and carriages, equipped with IP65 protection panel and sunlight-visible high-brightness screen, supporting glove touch and -30℃ low-temperature startup. The integrated multi-protocol communication interface (MVB, Ethernet, etc.) seamlessly connects to the TCMS system, displaying real-time operating parameters, route maps and emergency alarms.
