Hardware core that withstands harsh industrial environments
The machine control system is exposed to metal chips, coolant oil mist, high frequency vibration and wide temperature (-20℃~60℃) for a long period of time, and the traditional hardware is prone to signal interference and component aging.BASCO industrial motherboards are certified by ISO 230-2 vibration standard, and are fully enclosed with dust and oil-proof design, supporting IP65 protection and wide voltage input (12-48V DC), and built-in anti-electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding layer to ensure zero delay transmission of key signals such as servo drive, scale feedback, and so on. BASCO provides X86/ARM dual-architecture motherboards supporting Intel Core i7/i9 high-performance processors and PCIe x16 expansion slots to meet the needs of multi-channel high-speed pulse output (1MHz) and EtherCAT real-time bus. Onboard 8-channel isolated digital I/O, 4-channel RS-422/485 interface and dual Gigabit industrial Ethernet can seamlessly connect servo drive, encoder and HMI. The dedicated FPGA module supports nanometer interpolation operations, providing a low-latency motion control solution for 5-axis simultaneous machining centers.
Intelligent Diagnostics and IIoT Integration
Modern machine tools rely on edge computing for tool wear prediction, vibration spectrum analysis and energy efficiency optimization. the BASCO modular system supports flexible expansion of AI acceleration cards (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson), 4G/5G communication modules, and redundant storage units, and rapidly deploys OPC UA stacks and MQTT IoT gateways via PCIe/M.2 interfaces. Its hardware is pre-installed with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN) driver to synchronize multiple device clocks in real-time, providing millisecond data collection capability for digital twin and remote operation and maintenance.
Enhanced design for vibration and interference immunity
For the high-frequency shock vibration during machine tool processing, BASCO adopts a layered locking structure (e.g., spring damping bracket + all-metal housing) and redundant power supply design to ensure the stable operation of the module under G-force 6.0 vibration. All interfaces adopt M12 military-grade aviation plugs, combined with signal isolation technology, completely eliminating the risk of common mode interference when the spindle motor starts and stops.

BASCO machine tools are UL 61800-5-2 certified. It adopts a fanless, fully enclosed aluminum-magnesium alloy body, and the internal positive pressure dustproof design can block metal particles above 0.1mm. Equipped with 16-channel isolated digital I/O, 4-channel EtherCAT master port and dual-channel SFP+ fiber optic interface, it supports simultaneous connection of 64-axis servo system and laser interferometer calibration equipment. Built-in hardware watchdog and dual SSD RAID 1 storage, to ensure zero loss of processing code and 7x24 hours continuous operation.
Industrial Grade Human Machine Interaction Terminal
BASCO's high protection HMI is designed for shop floor environments and can be equipped with a 5-85 inch, sunlight visible capacitive screen (1000nit) and oil resistant tempered glass screen, supporting gloved touch control and -20°C cold start. Pre-installed Linux RTOS real-time kernel, synchronized display of 3D tool paths, spindle load curves and energy efficiency analysis dashboards, and support for G-code online debugging and alarm log traceability. Full IP67 protection and 50G impact resistance adapt to extreme scenarios such as forging machines and sheet metal stamping.
