BASCO Industrial Control Technology Warranty Limitations
Free warranty items:
During the warranty period, BASCO’s coverage is limited to defects arising from normal usage, logistical damages, and quality-related issues. Additionally, we will assume full responsibility for the round-trip shipping costs associated with warranty claims.
Free warranty exclusions:
1. The products no longer fall within the coverage of the warranty period.
2. Damages resulting from unauthorized disassembly, alterations, or any other user-induced actions are excluded from warranty coverage.
3. Losses incurred due to natural disasters, including but not limited to impacts, fires, lightning strikes, floods, or instances of human negligence, are not covered under the warranty.
4. Damages arising from improper handling or operation of equipment components, such as casings or power supplies, are not eligible for warranty claims.
5. Please be advised that modifications or cancellations of customized product orders are only permissible prior to the commencement of the manufacturing process, unless otherwise authorized.

Q: Am I responsible for covering the shipping fees for products sent in for repair?
During the valid warranty period, we will provide complimentary repairs for products that qualify under our warranty terms, and we will cover the round-trip shipping costs for all warranty-related services.

Upon approval of your warranty claim, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which will provide detailed instructions for the proper return process of your products.
Q: Under what circumstances, actions, or events does the free warranty coverage become void?
1. Products are out of warranty due to expiration.
2. Damages from unauthorized disassembly or user actions are excluded.
