Refund Policy

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to make things right with a simple and transparent refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note that products showing signs of damage caused by misuse, modification, or mishandling are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:
- Wearable devices that have been opened.
- Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team at harris@bascotech.com↗ or via the Contact Us page with your order number.
- Return Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Inspection & Confirmation: Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll be happy to exchange it at no additional cost.
Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a photo or description of the issue.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take additional time before the refund is posted).
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at harris@bascotech.com↗.
