The IBPC-D10 Industrial Panel PC Series is equipped with Intel® 10th Gen Comet Lake and 11th Gen Rocket Lake Core™ CPUs, supporting i9, i7, i5, i3, Pentium®, and Celeron® processors with the LGA1200 socket. Built on the Intel® Q470 or H420E chipset, the system provides robust performance and reliability. The device supports up to 64GB of DDR4 2933MHz SO-DIMM memory, ensuring smooth multitasking and high performance in demanding industrial environments. For display options, the IBPC-D10 offers VGA, DVI-D, and HDMI interfaces, catering to various visual needs.
Networking capabilities include Intel® i210 AT, i219 LM, and i226 V2.5G network adapters, offering high-speed and reliable connectivity. Storage options are versatile, with mSATA and M.2 M-Key SATA/NVMe X4 2280 slots, supporting RAID0 acceleration and RAID1 mirroring for enhanced data security. The system also features USB 3.2 Gen 2 and USB 3.0 Gen 1 ports, with optional expansion for additional interfaces, including TTL/RS232/422/485 serial communication and chip or optocoupler isolation for greater protection against electrical noise.
With extensive expansion options, the IBPC-D10 supports mini PCIe, M.2 B-Key, and PCIe slots, allowing users to integrate Wi-Fi, 4G/5G modules, or specialized visual cards. Audio is handled by the Realtek ALC897 chipset, providing 5.1-channel audio with lineout and mic inputs for high-quality sound. The device also includes configurable GPIO options, available with optocoupler isolation for improved system durability.
The system features a fanless design with a sealed chassis, preventing dust and other contaminants from compromising performance. Optional external temperature-controlled fans are available to enhance cooling in high-heat environments. The IBPC-D10 supports a wide range of power inputs, from 12V to 55V, with locking power terminals for secure connections. It is compatible with Windows 10/11, various Linux distributions, and domestic Chinese operating systems.
Designed for industrial use, the IBPC-D10 is built to withstand extreme environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range from -10°C to 60°C and storage temperatures from -20°C to 85°C. The device also meets rigorous CE, FCC, and CCC standards, ensuring compliance with industrial safety and environmental regulations.
